The present dossier presents twenty articles that deal with the topic of relations and disputes between art and politics, with the theme most linked to the use of art by the State and as an instrument for the construction of nationalisms. Starting from the most different artistic supports, from music to comic books, from the most diverse geographic spaces and historical periods, the texts present a great historiographic and cultural contribution.
