Abstract

This article is an excerpt from the Master's Dissertation in Education from the University of Brasília and aims to understand, in the materialization of educational actions, processes that reveal the value of the subjective dimension in the pedagogical work of an Early Childhood Education school that serves children between 4 and 6 years, on the outskirts of the Federal District, making it possible to generate intelligibility for delving deeper into issues that belong to a specific educational context. The theoretical contribution is González Rey's Theory of Subjectivity, with Qualitative Epistemology and Constructive Interpretative Methodology being the foundations of the methodological construction. The theoretical model enunciated three axes of intelligibility: 1) The relationship between the school and families; 2) The community of school professionals; 3) The relationship with local culture and community representation, which align with the understanding that the school in question has its own characteristics associated with its practices and the culture of its community, which affirm the relevance of building quality pedagogical work that is socially referenced.
