Resumen
O reconhecimento de um sistema de regras vinculativas sobre responsabilidade das empresas de respeitar os direitos humanos, com particular referência ao direito a um meio ambiente saudável, é capaz de promover mais benefícios que custos, salvar vidas, convertendo a possibilidade de sanção em um custo ao poluidor e colocar o ser humano novamente no centro da deliberação.
