Abstract

Este trabalho de Jeroen Vandaele, embasado na conceituação teórica de Dirk Delabastita acerca do fenômeno dos jogos de palavras, traz um breve estudo acerca da problemática em que este recurso textual suscita na tarefa tradutória, e como os tradutores podem ser criativos em retextualizar determinada passagem humorística no texto-fonte para a língua-alvo.

Tiago Marques Luiz, Universidade Federal de Uberlândia

Possui graduação em Letras Licenciatura/Habilitação Português/Inglês pela Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados (2009), especialização em Tradução de Inglês pela Universidade Gama Filho (2011), Mestrado em Estudos da Tradução pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2013) e Doutorado em Estudos Literários pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (2019).
