Resumo

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo traduzir e anotar o texto latino Passio Sanctarum Perpetuae et Felicitatis (“A Paixão de Santa Perpétua e Santa Felicidade”), do séc. III d.C., que versa sobre parte das comunidades cristãs norte-africanas à época dos Severos, em especial sobre o martírio infligido às personagens que dão título à obra. Para tanto, é utilizada a edição crítica de Heffernan (2012), cotejada, quando necessário, com a versão grega do texto, como se encontra em Amat (1996).
