Endocervical angiomyxoma is a rare benign mesenchymal neoplasm that can mimic other gynecological conditions, such as cervical polyps. This study describes a case of deep endocervical angiomyxoma in a 48-year-old patient, presenting symptoms of abnormal uterine bleeding and severe anemia. The patient underwent total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, with diagnostic confirmation by immunohistochemical study. The importance of a multidisciplinary approach for the effective management of endocervical angiomyxoma, emphasizing the need for proper therapy to prevent recurrences, is highlighted. Endocervical angiomyxoma poses diagnostic challenges due to its resemblance to other cervical lesions. Optimal therapeutic strategies are crucial to ensure complete tumor removal and prevent recurrences. Furthermore, diagnostic confirmation through immunohistochemical studies is essential to differentiate angiomyxoma from other cervical pathologies.
