CHALLENGES IN EVALUATION OF LEARNING IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

This article presents the analysis of the perceptions of teachers working in integrated technical courses, in a state school in the city of Curitiba, regarding the challenges of learning assessment. It is characterized as research with a qualitative approach, of the exploratory type. Data collection took place through a literature review and the application of questionnaires. The information collected through the questionnaire applied to the 80 EPT teachers was analyzed using Content Analysis. The results made it possible to identify the teacher's difficulties when evaluating, the student's difficulties when being evaluated and the difficulties of the evaluation process itself. However, despite all these challenges in the assessment process, teachers have sought pedagogical strategies to minimize them, which involve multiple and different assessments, as they understand that students have different skills and needs.
