Abstract

The article addresses the construction of a hybrid course on suicide prevention for state school teachers. The proposal involved the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and the State Secretary of Education, comprising a 60-hour training course for 200 teachers, moodle platform, 8 modules, 3 face- to- face meetings and production of 80 intervention proposals. The results explore the possible aesthetic approaches on sensitive themes, mediated by communication and information technologies, as it is the case of this research study, teachers’ training on suicide prevention.
