Abstract

Based on the concepts of digital public history and world audiovisualities, the aim of the article is to elaborate a discussion about history teaching through the development of a YouTube channel: Quinhoar History Teaching. It is an initiative in the scope of cyberculture, now that school knowledge should be better understood as a weaving in knowledge networks, including connected to the virtual environment. We highlight the dialogue with young students who interacted with the channel during its creation in the methodological path of our analytical elaboration, emphasizing co-participation as a necessary creative aspect to the educational experiences that are established among schools routines and virtual environments.
