Resumen
O trabalho investiga a inserção dos direitos LGBTI na agenda de Direitos Humanos e empresas. Nesse sentido, a partir do marco teórico da justiça democrática pós-westfaliana, proposta por Nancy Fraser, questiona-se como a agenda de Direitos Humanos e empresas pode contribuir para a efetivação do reconhecimento das pessoas LGBTI. Propõe-se uma pesquisa do tipo jurídico propositivo, com a intenção de delinear o conteúdo de direitos LGBTI a serem incluídos nos Planos Nacionais de Ações. Traça-se uma análise de conteúdo de caráter quantitativo e qualitativo, por meio do método indutivo e da técnica de exame documental.
