ESTADO DO CONHECIMENTO SOBRE FORMAÇÃO E TRABALHO DOCENTE NO ENSINO SUPERIOR

The training of teachers in Brazil has been strengthened since the year 1990 and has constituted, since then, a fertile and rich field of research. In the present study, we seek to answer the following question: what do research on teacher education and teaching work in Higher Education reveal? We aim to identify and analyze the Productions reveal in the field of training and teaching work in Higher Education at events (ANPAE, ANPEd, ENDIPE between 2017 and 2020), journal portals (CAPES and LATINDEX between 2000 and 2020). A state of knowledge research, which integrates quanti-qualitative approaches to the analysis of academic productions. 2.933 studies were consulted, however, after the exclusion criteria, we selected 105 texts. The findings revealed that the focus of the investigations was university pedagogy, however, the topic of teaching work appeared infrequently and the training of teachers to work with socially underrepresented people did not appear. Finally, we emphasize that there is a lot to be investigated in the field of teacher training and we emphasize the need for deepening the themes ― invisible in our state of knowledge: Teacher well-being and malaise in Higher Education.
