ESTADO DO CONHECIMENTO SOBRE EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NA EDUCAÇÃO

Abstract

The text presents the state of knowledge of the multidisciplinary team in education with a view to identifying possible impacts of its performance. Based on the proposed objective, we defined the following descriptors: “multidisciplinary team and education”; “Multidisciplinary team and education in Santa Catarina”; and “pedagogical practices and multidisciplinary teams”, using publications between 2010 and 2020 as selection criteria. The search was carried out in the following databases: Capes catalog of theses and dissertations and Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations ( BDTD). 42 results were found among theses and dissertations produced by Brazilian universities. Among the results found, the works that had some approximation with education and that formed the corpus of the investigation were listed. For the analysis of publications from the abstracts, with the aid of software aimed at performing calculations (Excel), tables were created, which generated a database with 9 publications: the first containing the survey of theses and dissertations, the second with the annotated bibliographies, the third organizing the systematized bibliography, the fourth listing the categorized bibliography and the fifth describing the propositional bibliography. With regard to the results of the study, we differentiate between the terms “multidisciplinary team” and “multidisciplinary team”; we also highlight the importance of developing collective activities that adopt interdisciplinary perspectives. The results of this study indicate that the performance of a multidisciplinary team in the school context can occur in different ways with a view to contributing to the teaching and learning process in a broad way.

Priscila Carvalho Monteiro, Instituto Federal Catarinense

Master in Education from the Instituto Federal Catarinense. Graduated in Social Work from the University of Planalto Catarinense (2014). He has a specialization in Supervision, Guidance and School Management (2016) and experience in the area of ​​Social Work, Social Work in Education, with an emphasis on Social Work, Student Assistance Policy, and currently develops his work as a Social Worker at the Instituto Federal Catarinense.

Marilândes Mól Ribeiro de Melo, Instituto Federal Catarinense

Doutora em Educação pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação (PPGe) da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, com estudo desenvolvido na Linha de Pesquisa Sociologia e História da Educação (2014). Mestre em Educação (2008) e Licenciada em Pedagogia (2005) pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina com habilitação em Supervisão Escolar e Séries Iniciais. Desenvolveu pesquisa na Linha: Educação, História e Política. Professora em caráter temporário na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina e com experiência na Rede Estadual de Ensino do Estado de Santa Catarina. Possui experiência na área de educação específica, com ênfase na Pedagogia Hospitalar (Atendimento Escolar Hospitalar). Temas de interesse: fenômenos sociais que possam ser analisados e compreendidos tanto da perspectiva histórica, quanto sociológica da Educação tais como socialização profissional, intelectuais e projetos educacionais, instituições de pesquisa, formação de professores. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa, Ensino e Formação de Educadores em Santa Catarina desde 2003 (GPEFESC). Participa também de estudos sobre o intelectual Pierre Bourdieu desenvolvidos pelo LAPSB/GPEFESC na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa LABORATÓRIO DE PESQUISAS SOCIOLÓGICAS PIERRE BOURDIEU (LAPSB). Atualmente é professora no Instituto Federal Catarinense - Campus Araquari, atuando nos cursos de Licenciatura e coordenadora do Grupo de Pesquisa Saberes, Fazeres e Discursos da Docência. Atua como professora no Programa de Pós Graduação Strictu Sensu em Educação - Mestrado - do Instituto Federal Catarinense - Campus Camboriú.
