ESTADO DO CONHECIMENTO SOBRE EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NA EDUCAÇÃO

The text presents the state of knowledge of the multidisciplinary team in education with a view to identifying possible impacts of its performance. Based on the proposed objective, we defined the following descriptors: “multidisciplinary team and education”; “Multidisciplinary team and education in Santa Catarina”; and “pedagogical practices and multidisciplinary teams”, using publications between 2010 and 2020 as selection criteria. The search was carried out in the following databases: Capes catalog of theses and dissertations and Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations ( BDTD). 42 results were found among theses and dissertations produced by Brazilian universities. Among the results found, the works that had some approximation with education and that formed the corpus of the investigation were listed. For the analysis of publications from the abstracts, with the aid of software aimed at performing calculations (Excel), tables were created, which generated a database with 9 publications: the first containing the survey of theses and dissertations, the second with the annotated bibliographies, the third organizing the systematized bibliography, the fourth listing the categorized bibliography and the fifth describing the propositional bibliography. With regard to the results of the study, we differentiate between the terms “multidisciplinary team” and “multidisciplinary team”; we also highlight the importance of developing collective activities that adopt interdisciplinary perspectives. The results of this study indicate that the performance of a multidisciplinary team in the school context can occur in different ways with a view to contributing to the teaching and learning process in a broad way.
