The text is an essay that tries to look at teacher training and being a teacher. To this end, through an interpretive reflection, it tries to “project” this reality using as analysis methodology a hermeneutic of questions and answers, of construction and deconstruction, of continuities and discontinuities. This fact comes out of the canons of a scientific methodology of investigation and reflection. Thus, the essay starts from nine pillars and three initial questions that try to clarify the educational paths, later praising diplomacy and the diplomat professor. Of the various keywords that make up diplomacy, the essay emphasizes language, experience, interpretation, and care, as paths to be taken by the diplomat professor, without forgetting your training and professionalism – to be a good teacher. We consider (we project) 2050, as it is a symbolic date (mid-Sec. XXI), and perhaps in this half, from what we are observing in the world - conflicts, disputes, changes - humanity and education need a diplomat teacher as one of the pillars of security and return to the human sense.
