Abstract
The expansion of the performance of transnational companies has transformed the international scenario. Companies began to dominate beyond the borders of the countries in which they are based, becoming strong agents of the economy. The aim of the research is to find a solution to the constant human rights violations committed by transnational corporations. The methodology used was the hypothetical-deductive method and bibliographical analysis. It has been found that in the current scenario it is clear that states are no longer the only ones violating human rights, nor the only ones that should be responsible for promoting their respect and protection. Thus, it is essential to seek to strengthen the mechanisms of protection and accountability of transnationals for violations that they may commit.
