Considering that there has been little research so far in screenplay translation, this article aims to discuss and show the difficulties involved in the translation process of this cinematic apparatus, and propose a new look into this unknown activity. For this purpose, presents a screenplay translation Se souvenir des belles choses by Jean-Claude Deret and Zabou Breitman and some reflections developed from the analysis of this translation.
