This article aims, from the perspective of the scope “Literature by Black Female Authors”, to briefly address some essential themes contained in its title. Plural manifestations, Black Female Literatures seek to move away from Western binarism and write their own stories – or rewrite others, previously told by other voices – in favor of the anti-racist struggle and of a less unequal world.
