Abstract

This article aims to analyze the diction of the musician from Minas Gerais Flávio Venturini in a set of selected compositions, considering, fundamentally, his vocal signature, a phenomenon resulting from the unique way in which his songs articulate body performance, the theme of the lyrics and the musical structure. To what extent do the forms of voice expression potentiate the meanings of the lyrics of a song? What are the techniques used by Venturini to produce his vocal signature?
