O canto e o silêncio na poética de Orides Fontela

Abstract

This paper investigates the relationship between literary form and philosophical speculation in a few poems by Brazilian poet Orides Fontela, focusing on the contrast of some symbols of his poetry with the literary tradition of the West and on an internal analysis of these symbols with the aim of establishing some conceptual distinctions for an hermeneutics of poetry.
