Abstract

This article proposes a reflection on Beijo na Boca (1975) by the Brazilian author Antônio Carlos de Brito, Cacaso, to unveil his introduction of a double binded poetry, always switching from speaking to silencing, from remembering to forgetting. Under an affectionate leitmotif, the aesthetic configuration of the ironic poet states a double impossibility between the lines of a “problem-poem” generating a paralyzed poetry which is able to solve the poem, but unable to solve (the heart´s?) problem.
