Abstract

The Physical Education comes as a discipline that approaches theoretically and practically, in the school, cultural elements characterized as games, sports, gymnastics, etc... As they are not directly concerned with knowledge and abilities linked  to the world  of the  work - and therefore incompatible with the way of capitalism production - it should look for its legitimacy in a new social organization that  understands the leisure  time  as the time where man can consume the culture produced collectively
