Associações entre ansiedade social e habilidades sociais em crianças e adolescentes brasileiros.

Este estudio verificó la relación entre las habilidades sociales y los indicadores de ansiedad social en una evaluación con 187 estudiantes, de entre 10 y 13 años, y sus docentes. A partir de la aplicación del Inventario de Habilidades Sociales, Problemas de Conducta y Competencia Académica para Niños y el Inventario de Fobia Social, se encontró una correlación negativa entre ansiedad social y habilidades de empatía, cooperación y afectividad. La comparación entre grupos con y sin ansiedad social también mostró diferencias en la responsabilidad. Se discutieron las necesidades de intervención de los estudiantes con ansiedad social, basadas en sus déficits y recursos conductuales.
