Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The first author is either a PhD student or a PhD
  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not under review for publication by another journal; otherwise, a justification must be provided in the "Comments to the Editor" section.
  • The submission files are in Microsoft Word 2003 format or more recent formats.
  • The text is formatted with 1.0 line spacing, using a 12-point Garamond font for the body of the article. Italics are employed instead of underlining (except for URL addresses). Figures and tables are embedded within the text, rather than placed at the end of the document as attachments.
  • The text adheres to the style guidelines and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines provided below.
  • The authorship identification has been removed from the file and from the Properties option in Word, thereby ensuring the confidentiality requirement of the journal, in case it is submitted for peer review (e.g., articles), as per the instructions available in "Ensuring Blind Peer Review."
  • The texts must be submitted exclusively via the journal's OJS platform. The submission template provided must be utilized.
  • All authors must have an ORCID registration (available free of charge at http://orcid.org).
  • In the 'Biography Summary' field (profile > public), enter the author's highest academic degree and current institutional affiliation, including their role.
