O uso de internet e as facetas do mindfulness:
Um estudo correlacional

Esta investigación verificó la existencia de una correlación entre el mindfulness y el uso problemático de internet (UPI) en brasileños. Se caracteriza por ser una investigación de campo cuantitativa realizada en un ambiente virtual, en la que participaron 206 sujetos. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de un cuestionario en línea y procesados a través de SPSS. Hubo asociaciones inversas significativas entre la UPI con la puntuación total de mindfulness (ρ= -0,404; p<0,001) y con la mayoría de sus facetas. Estos resultados proporcionan una fuerte evidencia de que las intervenciones basadas en mindfulness son efectivas para reducir la UPI y contribuyen a reducir la brecha en las publicaciones sobre ambos temas en el contexto brasileño.
