Aspectos emocionales en adultos con psoriasis: un enfoque metaetnográfico

La psoriasis es una enfermedad crónica no transmisible que afecta la piel de personas de ambos sexos, siendo más frecuente en adultos. Con una causa relacionada con varios factores y comorbilidades, el tratamiento indicado es multidisciplinario. Intentamos comprender la influencia de las emociones en la perspectiva de los adultos con psoriasis a partir de una revisión sistemática y síntesis basada en metaetnografía con construcciones discutidas a la luz de la Psicología Analítica. Las emociones permearon la interrelación entre los síntomas, la autoimagen y las actitudes, influyendo en la manifestación de los síntomas y la dinámica psíquica y diaria del individuo.
