Aprendizagens de pais sobre práticas parentais, envolvimento paterno e comportamento infantil

O estudo procurou caracterizar concepções de pais sobre práticas parentais, envolvimento paterno e comportamento infantil. É um estudo qualitativo que contou com a participação de cinco pais, concluintes do Programa de treinamento parental ACT, em um grupo focal. Os participantes refletiram em torno de perguntas guiadoras. As falas foram gravadas e o conteúdo foi transcrito e organizado em categorias temáticas com auxílio do Software Atlas Ti versão 8.0. Os pais demonstraram a necessidade de compreenderem as fases de desenvolvimento infantil, buscando auxiliar seus filhos no desenvolvimento de habilidades para melhor gerenciar suas emoções, orientando-os nos comportamentos considerados adequados.
