Aspectos emocionais em adultos com psoríase: uma abordagem metaetnográfica

A psoríase é uma doença crônica e não transmissível que atinge a pele de indivíduos de ambos os sexos, sendo mais frequente na fase adulta. Com causa relacionada a diversos fatores e comorbidades atreladas à psoríase, o tratamento indicado é multidisciplinar. Buscou-se compreender a influência das emoções na perspectiva do adulto com psoríase, a partir de revisão sistemática e síntese pautada na metaetnografia com constructos discutidos à luz da Psicologia Analítica. Dentre os artigos qualitativos analisados, as emoções permearam a inter-relação entre sintomas, autoimagem e atitudes, influenciando na manifestação dos sintomas e na dinâmica psíquica e cotidiana do indivíduo.
