Abstract

The advent of the National Curricular Common Base (BNCC) (2018) promotes a reorganization in the production of teaching materials in all areas of education, including the Portuguese language. In this sense, this work purpose to verify to what extent the activities of the textbook “Se Liga na Língua” contemplate the Linguistic Analysis Pratice. For the analysis, the works of Bezerra and Reinaldo (2013) and their propositions on conservative, conciliatory and innovative activities were used, as well as the work of Mendonça (2006), which was planned for Linguistic Analysis Pratice (PAL) in activities didactic. Afer the analysis, we observed that the textbook “Se Liga na Língua” does not include, to a certain extent, in its linguistic analysis activities, which, in a way, contradicts its proposal, focusing the approach on a conservative tendency and disconnected from the idea of studying textual genres, as the chapters of the book indicate.
