Abstract

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the participation of experts from non-governmental organizations – NGOs – in the process of problematization (the facts) of the migration of Brazilian women and the contribution of these actors so that the facts of this migration gain visibility as problems. It is based on the sociology of knowledge to which the perspective of transnationalization is incorporated in order to be able, in this way, to analyze a reality that goes beyond national boundaries. From the reflections arising from the analysis work, the genesis, dissemination, and modification of the problematization knowledge of these NGOs actors are presented, as well as the alteration of their horizons of relevance during the process of problematization.
