Abstract

Many elements in the dynamics of the mechanisms of resocialization affect productions of inequality. Our intention of work seeks, above all, to focus on the production of inequalities determined by the prison system, from the issue of resocialization, seeking to understand elements that demarcate the gender condition and how the prison system produces differentiations of "criminal treatment" in this access relationship the penal execution policies in the Brazilian prison system. For this purpose, we resort to the analytical model of the sociology of the guichet, which adduces its own interpretation to the prison system, giving a new analytical status to the theme, seeking to inventory the conditionalities attributed to this relationship between those who demand the state service and those who operate it.
