Abstract
The present work has the reason to present some authors, namely Archie Mafeje, Isabelle Stengers (and Philippe Pignarre) and Eduardo Viveiros de Castro, starting from a critical stance to the Euro-American ontological and epistemological model, capitalist, and possible forms of escape through the attentive look to the alter, its concepts and destabilizations that invite us to think new possibilities of thought, as warns us Viveiros de Castro (2015). Taking the concept of "left" from the work of Gilles Deleuze as an inspiring backdrop, it is adopted here the nickname "left" to designate both the potentially political orientation of the works analyzed, as its tools of escape and opposition to the capitalist model. It is, then, the construction of readings and analyses that allow to make evident the possible political contributions that anthropology can suggest and, going beyond, think this field of research as founded on bases of alterity to the left by its own principles.
