Aliança terapêutica na psicoterapia infantil: adaptação de instrumento e evidências de validade

A aliança terapêutica é um importante elemento do processo terapêutico. Para ser analisada, requer instrumentos válidos e confiáveis. O objetivo deste estudo foi desenvolver a adaptação transcultural da Therapy Process Observational Coding System for Child Psychotherapy – Alliance Scale (TPOCS – A) para o português brasileiro e examinar a confiabilidade e as evidências de validade da versão adaptada. A versão brasileira apresentou boa equivalência semântica, idiomática, experiencial e conceitual, fidedignidade do avaliador, boa consistência interna e evidências de validade convergentes. Análise fatorial resultou numa solução de um fator, consoante com estudos internacionais, indicando tratar-se de instrumento válido e confiável para análise da aliança terapeuta-paciente.
