Escala de autoeficacia ocupacional ante enfermedades relacionadas al trabajo

El estudio adaptó una medida de autoeficacia laboral (AEO) a partir de una escala de autoeficacia para la reincorporación al trabajo (RTW -SE). Se realizaron dos estudios secuenciales, el primero, para validación semántica, análisis factorial exploratorio y evaluación de jueces, y el segundo, para el análisis factorial confirmatoria. Participaron de la encuesta trabajadores industriales (n = 803). Se obtuvo una solución de tres factores, consistente con otras versiones de la medida original de reincorporación al trabajo: autoeficacia frente a la necesidad de completar las tareas laborales (F1), manejo de las emociones (F2) y obtención de apoyo social (F3). La prueba de confirmación obtuvo buenos índices de ajustes. Además, se discuten aspectos conceptuales y prácticos.
