Resumo

A Depressão Pós-Parto Materna (DPP) é uma condição clínica que acarreta efeitos negativos na saúde da mãe, do bebê, e na relação entre ambos. Intervenções neste contexto devem ser adaptadas à realidade, a fim de diminuir os impactos no desenvolvimento infantil e na saúde materna. O objetivo deste estudo foi a construção de um protocolo de psicoeducação e a elaboração de um treinamento de reconhecimento de emoções. O método se constituiu de quatro etapas: revisão da literatura, proposta preliminar, análise de especialistas e estudo piloto.
