Resumen

Antecedentes: En el contexto del desarrollo psicosocial adolescente, se destacan dos perspectivas teóricas y empíricas: (1) bienestar psicológico; (2) recursos de desarrollo personales (internos) o contextuales (externos). Objetivo: Caracterizar el bienestar psicológico y los recursos de desarrollo en adolescentes de una escuela portuguesa. Metodología: La muestra incluye 201 estudiantes de 6º, 9º y 11º grado. Se utiliza un instrumento para evaluar el bienestar psicológico y uno para evaluar los recursos de desarrollo. Resultados: Se presenta la distribución de los estudiantes por niveles de bienestar psicológico e de recursos de desarrollo, las diferencias significativas entre los alumnos en las dimensiones del bienestar psicológico y las dimensiones de los recursos de desarrollo, y las correlaciones entre sus dimensiones.
