Escala de autoeficácia ocupacional frente ao adoecimento laboral

O estudo adaptou uma medida de autoeficácia ocupacional (AEO) a partir de uma escala de autoeficácia para o retorno ao trabalho. Procedeu-se dois estudos sequenciais, o primeiro, para validação semântica, análises fatoriais exploratórias (AFEs) e avaliação de juízes e; o outro, para análise fatorial confirmatória. O instrumento foi testado em amostras de trabalhadores industriais (n = 803). Obteve-se solução tri fatorial, condizente com outras versões da medida original: crença de autoeficácia sobre capacidade de completar tarefas (F1), manejar afetos (F2) e obter suporte social (F3). O teste confirmatório obteve bons índices de ajustes. Adicionalmente, discutem-se aspectos conceituais e práticos.
