Evaluation of integrality in Primary Health Care by older users: cross-sectional study

The objective was evaluate the integrality according to the perception of elderly users of primary health care and associate it with use of health services. For this, was conducted across - sectional study carried out in the municipality of Alfenas - Minas Gerais. Integrality was evaluated by PCAtool questionnaire. The analyzes were performed using the Poisson regression. The sample consisted of 166 elderly people. Median analysis of the number of responses showed a high number of positive evaluations and 57,0% of the sample reported receiving guidance about the changes that occur with aging, but only 13,0% reported receiving "disability guidelines". The medians also presented similar behavior in all services.. There was not major perception of integrality whithin elderly that used health services with more frequency, although a positive perception of completeness, and a positive perception of the offer of shares for the services evaluated was evidenced.
