Consumo alimentar de mulheres durante as férias: em forma, saudável ou relaxado?

Resumo

Durante as férias, o que, por que e como as mulheres consomem? As atitudes e pensamentos das mulheres sobre o consumo devem ser pesquisadas em termos de seus papéis sociais. Este estudo se concentrou no impacto de férias e feriados no consumo de alimentos das mulheres. Para esse fim, entrevistas presenciais foram realizadas com 15 mulheres participantes, que passaram dois períodos de férias no ano anterior - verão e inverno - em Adıyaman, Turquia. De acordo com os resultados da pesquisa, as preferências de consumo de alimentos das mulheres mudam durante os períodos de férias de verão e inverno.

Caner Çalişkan, Adıyaman University

Dr. Caner ÇALIŞKAN is Assistant Professor and head of tourism management department in the Tourism Faculty of Adıyaman University. Dr. Çalışkan holds a PhD from the Social Sciences Institute of Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University in Tourism Management and a Master’s degree in the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management from the Social Sciences Institute of Mustafa Kemal University. His research interests include tourism sociology, behavioural sciences and sustainable tourism.

Çiğdem Sabbağ, Adıyaman University

Dr. Çiğdem SABBAĞ is Associate professor tourism management department in the Tourism Faculty of Adıyaman University, she received her master's degree in nutrition sciences in 2003 and she received her PhD in nutritional sciences in 2009, she appointed as assistant professor in 2010 and in 2015, she appointed as associate professor. She is still working in the Tourism Faculty of Adıyaman University. She is working nutrition and local food culture.

Bekir Bora Dedeoğlu, Nevsehir HBV University

Dr. Bekir Bora Dedeoğlu earned a Ph.D. degree from in the Tourism Management department at Akdeniz University and now works in the Tourism Faculty at the Nevşehir HBV University (Turkey). His research interests include destination marketing, destination branding, tourist behavior, and hospitality marketing. He has published articles in the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Tourism Management Perspectives, the Journal of Destination Marketing and Management, the International Journal of Hospitality Management, the Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management, the Journal of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport & Tourism Education, the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, the Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing, the Journal of Vacation Marketing and Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research. Dr. Dedeoğlu also serves as reviewer for leading tourism and hospitality journals, such as Tourism Management, Tourism Management Perspectives, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and the International Journal of Hospitality Management.
