A visão crítica de Charles Taylor à formação da subjetividade moderna

A partir del concepto ilustrado de “naturaleza humana”, el filósofo canadiense Charles Taylor busca desconstruir el relato filosófico de estas concepciones antropológicas que inauguraron la modernidad. Allí, la subjetividad fue concebida en vista de un escenario moral que normaliza las concepciones morales de un agente útil-maximizador. Pero la concepción que sustenta este escenario, la noción de “naturaleza humana”, prescinde no sólo de las diferentes formas de producción identitaria, sino que sirve de punto de partida para recontar la historia de la subjetividad moderna.
