A Psicologia Ambiental dialoga com a inclusão social de moradores de Serviços
Residenciais Terapêuticos no território, busca explorar as potencialidades, conexões e
dinâmica relacional com os ambientes urbanos e seus elementos constituintes.
Objetivou-se compreender as potencialidades de Residenciais Terapêuticos na promoção
de restauração do estresse e na construção de significado ambiental e de identidade social
urbana dos moradores. Esta pesquisa abrangeu quatorze participantes, utilizou da análise
temática para apreciação dos dados, resultando em três categorias. Estas, sintetizam a
experiência dos participantes que destacam a afetividade, a cultura e a acessibilidade
como diferenciais à produção de vida no cenário urbano.
