In order to understand art during the Soviet Union, it is necessary to understand the dimension that it possessed, used as an ideological tool and aimed at proletarian education. Adapting to the Soviet realism that imposed a series of limitations and additions. The article seeks to understand the presence of the work Swan Lake (1887), originating from the Tsarist period, during the Soviet regime until its use in international tours, as ideological propaganda.
