Abstract

Faces de Clio, a student journal linked to the Graduate Program in History of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, publishes with great satisfaction its 8th edition with the thematic dossier Authoritarian Experiences: Politics, Institution and Society. In this issue we have fifteen works by researchers: nine articles related to the subject of the dossier and six free articles. The organization of this publication was carried out with the aim of integrating research that approaches the concept of authoritarianism as a chain of political thought throughout world history from the twentieth century. The proposal, therefore, was to gather works with approaches in political regimes, events, personalities, intellectuals, ideas or institutions that have experienced this ideology or form of government. The idea is to problematize the social participations experienced in these regimes.
