Abstract

the present article has as objective to think the imbrication of the past in the present evidenced in the disputes of memories and its relation with the process of overcoming the events lived in the military dictatorship through transitional justice. For that, we take as object and source of study the memorialistic discourse of the Armed Forces manifested in the Revista do Clube Militar between 1985 and 2010, which specifically refer to the resonances of the amnesty law in post-dictatorship civil governments.
