Abstract

This article aims to map the discourses and mechanisms that engender the inequality of trans people in French society. Our goal is to reveal them in three distinct territories: first, in legal and legal medical institutions, in their rooting in society, and finally in the component of the feminist movement that denies the legitimacy of the rights of trans people to engage in the movement. It is putting us within the conservative discourse that we will reveal the issues and dynamics of this conservative discourse.
