Abstract

Faces de Clio Magazine is a student publication created by the students of the Graduate Program in History of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, aimed at disseminating research developed in postgraduate studies at universities in Brazil and abroad. In this third edition we decided to gather all the articles from the prism of the Public and Private dossier: public policies in Brazil. Our intention is to take a look at a context that has prevailed in recent years and to reflect on the damages and advantages of market interference in Brazilian public services. To do so, we have the collaboration of ten articles written by 11 researchers, divided as follows: three master's texts, two of doctoral students, and five of professors from federal and state universities, references in their themes.
