The article purposes is to analyze the perception of the “More Doctors” Program professionals regarding the adherence to the communication instruments between the Healthcare Network care points. It´s importance is the need to analyze the adherence degree to the instruments and qualify the occurrence of communication between the network entities, insofar as it recognizes the need to maintain the professional responsible for coordinating care informed and to return to it those responsible for the conduct of the individuals who are users of the network. The results showed a low perception of returning the users’ network records to the care points, independent of the macroregion (P= 0,094). This result demonstrates the need to work on qualifying the activities of the care network in order to value the need for information derived from the counter-reference process.
