8) Os Subframes Audiência Preliminar e Audiência de Instrução e Julgamento no Frame Processo de Conhecimento no Direito Processual Civil

Resumen

Inglês: This paper brings partial results concerning doctoral research which has as some of its challenges the creation of the frame The knowledge Process in Civil Procedural Law and its subframes. Having the mother frame and its elements previously structured, two of its daughter frames, Preliminary hearing and Trial and judging hearing, are presented, following the principles proposed by Frame Semantics and based on the lexical resource FrameNet. To do that, Frame Semantics is reviewed, the legal domain realm is discussed, the subframes are described and the annotation of sentences from legal hearings are presented. Inconclusion, the paper presents some final thoughts on this work by suggesting topics for future studies.

Tradução: Este artigo traz resultados parciais de pesquisa de doutorado que tem como um dos desafios criar o frame Processo de Conhecimento no Direito Processual Civil e seus subframes. Tendo o frame pai e seus elementos de frame previamente estruturados, apresentam-se dois de seus frames filhos, Audiência Preliminar e Audiência de Instrução e Julgamento, seguindo a Semântica de Frames e baseando-se no recurso FrameNet. Para tanto, revisa-sea literatura sobre Semântica de Frames, discorre-se sobre o domínio, descrevem-se os sub frame se apresentam-se anotações de ocorrências constantes de atas de audiências. Encerra-se o artigo com algumas consider ações finais, sugerindo tópicos de aprofundamento para trabalhos futuros.
