The paper discusses the phenomenon of disinformation, particularly the concept of post-truth, from the pragmatist semiotic perspective of Charles Sanders Peirce's philosophy of logic. Through theoretical and bibliographical research, reviewing the informational context developed in recent years, we argue that post-truth is mainly characterized by articulating aspects of Peircean phenomenological firstness, with the aim of affecting the cognitive aesthetic dimension. This investigation, associated with the emergence of generative artificial intelligences promoted by Large Language Models (LLM), seeks to reflect on the level at which disinformation can also be addressed by these language models. Although artificial intelligence currently seems, in the Kantian sense, not to produce a priori synthetic judgments, the question remains open given the fast and exponential development that these technologies have shown.
