Through a semiotic look at the problem of image reproduction within the Cultural Industry in the age of 4.0, this work produces a debate about the impacts of Artificial Intelligences (Benjamin, 2018) on artists who produce their works in the 21st century. To achieve this, the article uses discourse analysis (Bardin, 2016) of artists through news and interviews provided by three main news channels in Brazil. With this, we understand that this debate highlights a problem in which the production of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human production merge to the point where it is not possible to define what AI has produced, the aura is lost (Benjamin, 2018). In this sense, we understand that it does reproduce current knowledge, thus creating Technical Reproducibility in the Cultural Industry.
