The tourism supply inventory is a fundamental tool for tourism planning and management, supporting territorial diagnoses and development policies. This study aimed to spatially analyze the distribution of tourism services and attractions in three Regional Governance Instances (RGIs) of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Caminho Novo, Malhas do Sul de Minas, and Serras de Ibitipoca, in order to understand their relationship with different levels of governance. The research was based on the concepts of tourism planning, tourism geography, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Methodologically, data from tourism inventories provided by the State Secretariat for Culture and Tourism of Minas Gerais were used and complemented with information gathered from digital platforms. Georeferenced data were organized into a geographic database and analyzed using My Maps software through geolocation, geocoding, and spatial analysis techniques. The results revealed significant differences among the RGIs, with Serras de Ibitipoca standing out for its greater concentration and diversification of tourism supply, Malhas do Sul de Minas for its more balanced distribution of resources, and Caminho Novo for the strong concentration of services in Juiz de Fora. The study concludes that the spatial analysis of tourism supply contributes to more accurate diagnoses, strengthening tourism planning and regional governance.
