Teresa Perez and Tomas Perez avoid using the word "luxury" during their speeches: but there's no denying it, the agency is a pioneer in this sector in Brazil and offers refined experiences to those who can afford it. Discreetly, they always present success as something linked to the hard work that went into creating the agency (which bears the name of its founder); they also associate it with an attentive eye for detail and never publicly parameterize "success" with turnover. For this exclusive interview, the author was welcomed at the company's headquarters in São Paulo, which occupy two beautifully decorated floors, reflecting the culture of each continent. The entire interview has been transcribed. Slight adjustments were made to maintain a logical line of reasoning, as sometimes in spoken communication ideas overlap. Tomas Perez conducted the interview in person with environmental recording and Teresa Perez responded by private audio message because she was out of the country. Legacy, purpose, prejudice, entrepreneurship, ministerial exchange and other subjects were addressed without any questions being left unanswered and without any prior censorship.
